"Building Her Empire"
for Current High School Girls
An opportunity for high school girls to increase their leadership and empowerment skills not only for their own development but to also add to their leadership development experiences for college and beyond. A wonderful opportunity to demonstrate to colleges a girl's initiative during these challenging times.
The program is FREE to high school seniors and is designed to be interactive, engaging and insightful.

We are excited to bring GTC online this summer and not stop the empowerment and leadership development of girls!

Building Her Empire is an online, interactive program that includes 12 live online sessions, 3 sessions per week OVER a four week period.

The program engages girls in fun, interactive ways so you can continue on your leadership and empowerment journey.

There was a missed opportunity at the end of this school year for high school young women to participate in in-person clubs, activities, and in person summer programs where they could grow and develop much needed leadership skills for college and beyond. Building Her Empire provides this critical opportunity for you to engage in leadership and empowerment activities to demonstrate to colleges all that you did during this challenging time.

Participants will also be emailed a certificate of completion for the leadership program so they can demonstrate to colleges their desire to develop skills even during challenging times.

2.Who is this program best suited for?
If your daughter would like to learn more about herself, engage with mentors and other girls in a positive atmosphere, and enjoys utilizing her skills and ideas, we think she will benefit from “Building Her Empire”.
Participants will have to be able to focus at a computer to receive the greatest benefit. Sessions are one hour long and interactive!
3.How many girls will be in each program?
Building Her Empire is intended to be a festive, inspiring, and enlightening online experience. The program will have a maximum of about 25 girls per session.
4. Who will facilitate the sessions?
Just like our in person sessions, sessions will be facilitated by educators who have a direct experience in empowering young women.
