Girls Take Charge
is an engaging hands on series of workshops lasting from one to three days.
Girls walk away inspired and motivated to take on leadership roles and grow through positive self awareness.

As the national spokesperson for Girls Take Charge, Jen demonstrates through her actions and time with the participants as a keynote speaker and program supporter how to go after your dreams and to never let failure stand in your way. Jen’s inspirational stories and lessons she shares with the girls provides them with ideas and tools on how they can create a future filled with success! Jen has appeared in countless publications and television shows for her creativity, innovation and inspiration including Success Magazine and The Big Idea with Donnie Deutsch.
Erin Darby and Ana Henao of Define Txt (www.sicmovement.com)
Erin and Ana are two of the best role models Girls Take Charge participants could ask for demonstrating how you can incorporate a passion you have to create positive change. Through their SIC movement (Self-Confidence, Independence and Community Activism) these two young NYC fashion designers are creating quite the buzz by combining their passion for fashion with the desire for girls and women to cultivate not conceal the words that make up the SIC movement. Erin and Ana take the time to travel to Girls Take Charge conferences as keynote speakers for Girls Take Charge despite very busy schedules running their booming business. Erin and Ana’s company is based in NYC where they create their special line of clothing and visit other schools and organizations sharing their SIC movement.
